Hi guys!! I’m Coach Taylor, and I’m super excited to finally be getting started at Self Made Oside
My biggest passions in fitness are making people feel comfortable and STRONG in their own skin; I’ve been teaching Kung Fu, self defense, and kickboxing for 10 years, and I have been personal training (with the main focus being strength training and functional training for athletes) for 2 years!
I am certified through NASM and Precision Nutrition. I also have my Associates in Kinesiology and am currently in school to obtain my Bachelors and Registered Dietitian Degrees!
My job is to help you navigate obstacles, from not feeling confident in the gym, to wanting to feel comfortable defending yourself in everyday life, to wanting to look and feel amazing!
