Hi guys!! I’m Coach Taylor, and I’m super excited to finally be getting started at Self Made Oside 💪
My biggest passions in fitness are making people feel comfortable and STRONG in their own skin; I’ve been teaching Kung Fu, self defense, and kickboxing for 10 years, and I have been personal training (with the main focus being strength training and functional training for athletes) for 2 years!
I am certified through NASM and Precision Nutrition. I also have my Associates in Kinesiology and am currently in school to obtain my Bachelors and Registered Dietitian Degrees!

My job is to help you navigate obstacles, from not feeling confident in the gym, to wanting to feel comfortable defending yourself in everyday life, to wanting to look and feel amazing!

I’m a single Mother of two and I started my own fitness journey 6 years ago.
After I had my second child I started going to the gym learning on my own and doing everything wrong for a couple of years until I decided that I wanted to be  “that mom” to inspire all you moms out there.
There’s nothing wrong with loving yourself & taking care of your bodies. Fitness helped me build up that confidence and self esteem I didn’t know I could have, it almost feels like a super power .
I’ve been a Personal Trainer at Self Made Training Facility in Oceanside for over a year now. I specialize in fat/weight loss, body recomposition, glute specialist, performance & strength training.
