Gabe Ferreira – NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Hey there!
My name is Gabriel or Gabe for short. I have been a personal trainer since 2013.
I am a weight loss specialist through the use of Kettlebells and strength training. I also preach and teach a habit based approach to nutrition to help all my clients build a healthy relationship with food to help them achieve their goals.
My nickname is The Kettlebell King because I love teaching and using the kettlebell to perform/execute quick and efficient workouts that burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. If you ever see me in the gym the chance of me using a kettlebell is quite likely.
Background: I played sports majority of my life (Soccer, track, cross country and lacrosse).
I have ran multiple half marathons and a few marathons. I have a background in Powerlifting and competed for a couple of years.
I am a family man and believe that health and fitness can only better your life both for yourself and your family.
