Hello everyone! My name is Coach James and I am stoked to be starting as a trainer at Self Made Oceanside!

I am 24 years old and was born and raised in San Diego California. I am a business student at Cal State San Marcos and I’ve been weight training/bodybuilding for about 3 years now. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience as a trainer with y’all.

I have a huge passion for health and fitness, along with a strong desire to work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Strength training, muscle building, fat loss, core strength and much more.
