Hello – my name is Molly! I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for all things muscle, music and personal growth. My mission as your coach is to equip and empower you to become the strongest version of yourself – both physically and mentally – so that you can dominate life outside the gym.
I specialize in helping others sculpt the body of their dreams by building muscle and chiseling fat. By shifting the focus from scale weight to body composition and prioritizing strategic training/nutrition, my clients can finally stop spinning their wheels and achieve the strong, defined physique they work so hard for.
We will work together to create a plan that you are not only excited about, but confident that you can execute with your current lifestyle. I will provide the knowledge, structure and accountability. And when life throws obstacles your way, I will be by your side to guide and support you so that we can continue moving forward. But more importantly, I’m here to help you cut through the BS and focus on the things that matter. We will develop the habits, skills and mindset that you will need in order to succeed long-term. All I ask is that you commit to taking consistent, daily action toward the person you want to become.
I am passionate about helping you achieve (and keep) your dream body. But I am even more passionate about helping you become your dream self. The habits, skills and self-belief developed from committing to and achieving your physical goals will bleed into all other areas. A few fun facts about me: I began my fitness monkey back in 2017 when I hired my first trainer right here at Self Made Oceanside! My other passion is music – I’m a huge metalhead and love going to concerts. I am also a drummer and play professionally for multiple church locations every weekend. I love animals and am owned by three dogs, a parrot and a desert tortoise!
