Coach “Speedy” Anthony – Exercise Specialist
Hi I’m Brandon Anthony “ speedy” I am an exercise specialist that works with athletes that want to become stronger, leaner and perform better. I also strength and conditioning coach for specialized sports. I been a personal trainer for 15 years now. I am an Oceanside native with a passion for team sports. I earned a football scholarship to Northern Arizona University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Health Science. After suffering an unexpected knee injury that brought my football career almost to a close,another door opened up for him to pursue personal training. I utilizes interval training methods that are very effective in increasing fat loss, increasing muscle endurance and getting my clients in the best of shape quickly. During these training sessions i will assess your needs and develop a program using resistance circuit training to increase your exercise efficiency and keep your blood flowing. No matter what age or body type, i can help you pursue your fitness goals. My motto is “Once an athlete, always an athlete.” Let’s get it !!!
