After suffering an unexpected knee injury that brought my football career almost to a close,another door opened up for him to pursue personal training. I utilizes interval training methods that are very effective in increasing fat loss, increasing muscle endurance and getting my clients in the best of shape quickly. During these training sessions i will assess your needs and develop a program using resistance circuit training to increase your exercise efficiency and keep your blood flowing.
